What is Farm Management System (FMS)?

Farm Management System (FMS) is the only Georgian-language platform built on modern technology and international practices, designed to support farmers and others stakeholders in the effective management and development of livestock farms. The FMS is a free, fully tailored platform specifically adapted to the needs of Georgian animal husbandry and users have the capacity to register themselves in the system.

Currently, Farm Management System (FMS) supports the following animal species:

•  Cattle
•  Buffalo
•  Sheep
•  Goats
•  Pigs

Farm Management System (FMS) was developed by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), in partnership with the Ministry of Environment and Agriculture of Georgia and the Scientific Research Center of Agriculture, with financial support from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC).
